Returns & Exchanges

At Topo Designs EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the original tags are attached and the item is in new condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
